Apartment 2 is a newly renovated large, 900 square feet, 3 bedroom + office, 1 bathroom unit located on the second floor of the 324 Burgess Street triplex. Features include air conditioning, keyless entry, tall ceilings, gas range, large closet in one of the bedrooms, and shared laundry onsite. The Extra room can be used as a home office!


  • Rent: $1,450/month

  • Security Deposit: $1,450 + $300 refundable deposit for each pet

  • Lease Term: 12 months

  • Application Fee: $35.00 per applicant (each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must submit a separate application)

  • Pet Fee: $40/month + $200 nonrefundable fee for each pet to be paid at move-in

  • Utilities paid by tenant: 100% electricity and gas

  • Laundry: onsite shared washer and dryer in the basement

  • Parking: plenty of street parking available

Rental Screening Criteria

All occupants over the age of 18 are required to submit an application and meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Current photo identification and valid social security number

  • Minimum total monthly household income among all occupants (not per occupant): $4,350 total

  • Minimum credit score: 600

  • Felony convictions: none within past 7 years

  • Previous rental history: positive references for past 5 years and no evictions or unpaid judgments

  • Must be a non-smoker

  • Occupancy: limited to 5 people

  • Pets: no animals are permitted unless Landlord/Manager gives prior written consent. If consent is granted, an additional $300.00 pet damage deposit and $200.00 one-time, non-refundable pet fee will be collected per animal. A $40.00 monthly pet fee will also be charged per animal. All permitted animals must have a license/permit with the city.
